The software lifecycle doesn't end when a product
is tested and developed. In fact, the live maintenance phase of a
project often significantly exceeds that of development. As a general
rule, if a solution took specialist skills to build then it is likely
to require specialist skills to maintain. Our aim is to empower our
project partners with the skills and training required to see project
deliverables through their usable lifetime.
Perry Lewis provides key skills in order to help see project deliverables
throughout the full term of their lives. Our support team have successfully
managed several long term support contracts with strict Service Level
Agreements, and we will be there for you 24 hours day, 365 days a
year.
